Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AYABAK LLC handles information when you visit ayabak.so or contact our studio.
Effective October 12, 2026
1. Information we handle
Messages you send us. If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, project ideas, and correspondence. Please do not send journal entries, passwords, or other sensitive information in a general project inquiry.
Basic website operation. Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs.
Appearance preference. The website stores your selected color palette in your browser’s local storage under ayabak-theme. This preference stays in that browser and is not used by our website code to identify or track you.
We do not currently operate a contact form, newsletter signup, advertising tracker, or studio-installed analytics on this website. If we introduce these features, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent required for them.
2. Why we use information
We use correspondence to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects or partnerships, provide support, and keep records of our business communications. Technical information supports website delivery, reliability, security, and abuse prevention. The appearance preference remembers the view you choose.
3. Service providers and other disclosures
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Email sent to mail@ayabak.so is routed through Namecheap to our Google-hosted inboxes. These providers process information to deliver hosting, security, and communications services under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell your inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights and safety, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not publish the project details you send us as part of this website.
4. Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, manage an ongoing business relationship, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations or resolve disputes. Technical logs are subject to our providers’ retention practices. The color preference remains until you change it or clear your browser’s site data.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information in our correspondence. We will consider your request under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. You can clear the saved palette through your browser’s site-data settings.
6. Location, children, and linked products
AYABAK LLC is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. This studio website is intended for a general audience, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
This policy covers ayabak.so and studio inquiries. It does not describe journal entries, accounts, subscriptions, or AI processing within Architect or any other linked application. Review the privacy policy provided by the relevant product before using it.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
