These terms cover use of the Ayabak studio website at ayabak.so, operated by AYABAK LLC.

1. About this website

This website presents our studio, applications, and opportunities to work together. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. The Privacy Policy explains how information associated with the website and studio inquiries is handled.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the website and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or misuse the site in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.

3. Website content

The website’s branding, text, design, and original materials are owned by AYABAK LLC or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. Other rights remain with their respective owners; these terms do not grant ownership of our software, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

4. Project and partnership inquiries

Contacting us does not create a contract, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or commitment to perform work. Project scope, fees, payment schedules, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, and any partnership arrangement must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Please send only information you are entitled to share. An initial inquiry does not by itself establish a confidentiality agreement. If your idea requires special confidentiality protections, ask us about an agreement before sending confidential materials.

5. Architect and other linked services

Links to Architect and other websites take you to separate services. Their own terms, privacy policies, account requirements, and payment conditions govern use of those services. These website terms are not a software license, app subscription agreement, or replacement for an app’s terms of use.

6. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this website useful and current, but content may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

We may revise these terms as the website changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes do not alter an existing signed project or partnership agreement unless that agreement provides otherwise.
